Teacher Representation. When a teacher is required to appear before the Board or Administration on a matter affecting the teacher’s employment, the teacher shall be entitled to have an Association representative. No meeting of the Board or Administration shall be delayed or postponed longer then forty-eight (48) hours due to the inability of an Association representative to be present. Any teacher required to meet with the Board or Administration will be informed of the subject matter of the meeting at the time of the notification. This paragraph shall not apply to post-evaluation conferences.
