Teacher Preparations Clause Samples
Teacher Preparations. If a teacher is assigned classes that result in the teacher having four (4) or more preparation periods with unique students, the teacher shall be compensated an additional Seven Hundred Fifty Dollars ($750.00) for the year, or Three Hundred Seventy-Five Dollars ($375.00) if only for one semester.
Teacher Preparations. If a teacher is assigned classes that result in the teacher simultaneously having four (4) preparation periods with unique students, which excludes any non-instructional, reporting only or professional skills class, the teacher shall be compensated Seven Hundred Fifty Dollars ($750.00) for the year, or Three Hundred Seventy-Five Dollars ($375.00) if only for one semester, or One Hundred and Eighty-Seven Dollars and Fifty Cents ($187.50) per quarter. If a teacher is assigned classes that result in the teacher simultaneously having five (5) or more preparation periods with unique students, which excludes any non-instructional, reporting only or professional skills class, the teacher shall be compensated a maximum of One Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($1250) for the year, or Six Hundred Twenty- Five Dollars ($625.00) if only for one semester, or Three Hundred and Twelve Dollars and Fifty Cents ($312.50) per quarter.
