Common use of Tea Break Clause in Contracts

Tea Break. 19.8.1. The employee shall be allowed, without deduction of pay, a tea break of twenty (20) minutes per day to be taken during the first part of the working day. However by agreement between WPW and the employee that tea break may be taken at another time.
