TDD Improvements. The TDD Project, including the TDD Improvements, and the estimated costs thereof, are set forth in Exhibits F and G. Subject to the TDD Cap, the costs of the TDD Improvements (except for the Interchange) may be reimbursed to Developer as set forth in Article V below.
