Common use of TCP Customers Clause in Contracts

TCP Customers. If you are a TCP Customer, we will supply a ▇▇▇▇ to you for each current Billing Period, except where: i you pay by Automatic Direct Debit and the Charges for that Billing Period are for the same fixed amount in each Billing Period and in that case you and we agree that, although a Charge for that fixed amount will be payable by you, a ▇▇▇▇ will not be issued unless the total amount payable in that ▇▇▇▇ is more than10% higher than that fixed amount; or ii your Service is Prepaid.
