TCCs. To the extent that TCCs or other rights or benefits are created by or attributable to the SPS, such TCCs or other rights or benefits will be the property of and allocated to the entity(ies) that fund the SPS in proportion to the amount funded by such entity(ies). If TCCs attributable to the SPS are created, and if Athens is unable to meet its generation obligations, then Athens will be responsible financially for any resulting congestion rent shortfall cost directly chargeable to TCC holders under the NYISO open access transmission tariff.

  • No alterations No alterations or additions may be made to the premises nor may any fixtures be installed or placards, decorations or other articles be attached in any way to any part of the premises without the prior written approval of the Village Hall Secretary.
