Common use of Taxis Clause in Contracts

Taxis. 8.10.1 Taxis may only be used when: • public transport is impractical for the journey, taking into account the options available and the urgency of the journey; or • when several staff are travelling together, and a taxi fare is more economic than other forms of transport. 8.10.2 Receipts showing the cost of travel are required.
