Taxis. The cost of the taxi ride plus a reasonable gratuity will be reimbursed. A reasonable gratuity may not exceed 10% of the total fare. Receipts must be provided.

Taxis. In order to keep costs down, expenses should only be reimbursed for one car or taxi from an area. We ask that tenants arrange to travel together where possible or we will try to coordinate tenants who live in the same area, unless there are exceptional circumstances. Taxis. When an Employee is required to work before 6:00 AM or after 11:00 PM, or if the Employee is concerned about their personal safety at any point, between the workplace and the destination during this time, the Employee will endeavour to use campus resources available (including Foot Patrol).
