Taxes and Duties. 19.9.1 The TSP shall bear and promptly pay all statutory taxes, duties, levies and cess, assessed/levied on the TSP, its Contractors or their employees that are required to be paid by the TSP as per the Law in relation to the execution of the Project and for providing Transmission Service as per the terms of this Agreement. 19.9.2 The Nodal Agency shall be indemnified and held harmless by the TSP against any claims that may be made against the Nodal Agency in relation to the matters set out in Article 19.9.1. 19.9.3 The Nodal Agency shall not be liable for any payment of, taxes, duties, levies, cess whatsoever for discharging any obligation of the TSP by the Nodal Agency on behalf of TSP or its personnel, provided the TSP has consented in writing to the Nodal Agency for such work, for which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld.
