Common use of Tax Receipts Clause in Contracts

Tax Receipts. All Taxes required by law to be deducted or withheld by Funding from any amounts paid or payable under this Agreement shall be paid by Funding when due and Funding shall, within 30 days of the payment being made, deliver to the Master Issuer evidence satisfactory to the Master Issuer (including all relevant Tax receipts) that the payment has been duly remitted to the appropriate authority.
