Tax Payments Made by the Paragon Group. If any member of the Paragon Group remits a payment to a Tax Authority for Taxes for which Noble is wholly or partially liable under this Agreement, Noble shall remit the amount for which it is liable to Paragon within 30 Business Days after receiving written notification requesting such amount.
