Tax Certification. If Contractor is a taxable entity as defined by Chapter 171, Texas Tax Code (Chapter 171), then Contractor certifies that it is not currently delinquent in the payment of any taxes due under Chapter 171, or that it is exempt from the payment of those taxes, or that it is an out-of-state taxable entity that is not subject to those taxes, whichever is applicable.
