TASK SERVICES. The Services performed by Consultant shall follow all applicable federal, state, and County laws, policies, regulations, standards, manuals, and guidelines. Consultant will provide the Services detailed in Subtasks 4.1 through 4.4. The compensation to Consultant is based on the negotiated work hours on Exhibit B. This Scope of Services defines the necessary Services for the Broadview Park green infrastructure improvements concept plans and permit documents. The Scope of Services will include analysis, design, permitting, preparation of specifications, and estimates.
