Task Authorization. For all services Contractor will submit a written estimate detailing the cost to perform the requested work or services, the City will then issue a Task Authorization letter as a guide for reimbursement once the scheduled work is completed and to the satisfaction of the City. If authorized work exceeds the initial estimate or City requests additional services, Contractor is to notify the City of the additional cost and the City will provide an amended Task Authorization. No work shall be performed unless approved by the City’s designated project manager.
