Credit Union Setup Fee. CO-OP Network will pay OSS a setup fee for each credit union when it is enrolled in the service bureau, in the amount specified in Schedule F. This amount is payable to OSS prior to OSS's commencing work on implementing the online banking Web site for that credit union.
