Common use of Tariffs Clause in Contracts

Tariffs. 6.1 The tariffs applicable for transportation services rendered by the Contractor to ArcelorMittal in terms of Agreement shall be set as out in Annexure “C” hereto. 6.2 The tariffs quoted are exclusive of VAT. The Contractor must calculate VAT in accordance to relevant statutory provision and indicate it separately on its invoices to ArcelorMittal. 6.3 ArcelorMittal shall from time to time send to the Contractor a letter of adjustment if there be a change or adjustment in tariffs pursuant to clause 7.3 below.
