Common use of Target Bonus Clause in Contracts

Target Bonus. An amount equal to one-half the Employee's target bonus under the Management Bonus Program for the fiscal year in which the date of termination occurs shall be paid on the date of termination; and

Target Bonus. An Ninety percent of the amount equal to one-half of the Employee's estimated target bonus under the Management Bonus Program for the fiscal year in which the date of termination occurs shall be paid on the date of termination; the final calculation of Employee's target bonus shall be made, and any remaining bonus amount due to Employee paid, in the manner set forth in Section 7.a.i.; and

Target Bonus. An amount equal to one-half the two (2) times Employee's ’s target bonus amount under the Management Bonus Program for the fiscal year in which the date of termination occurs shall occurs, to be paid in a lump sum on the date of termination; and
