Common use of Talent Clause in Contracts

Talent. The Supplier must ensure that every engagement of actors, influencers, ambassadors and other talent (“Talent”) complies with ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇’ talent template, and the Supplier must ensure that it is aware of the terms of such template prior to engaging any talent. All talent engagements are subject to Dillon Bass’ Written Approval. If the Supplier intends to engage any member of the Screen Actors Guild – American Federation of Television and Radio Artists (or similar or equivalent membership associations or guilds that require exclusive or enhanced use of their members) in relation to any Work Plan or Deliverable, then prior to such engagement the Supplier shall provide Dillon Bass with details of all associated costs and expenses and shall obtain Dillon Bass’ prior Written Approval. If the Supplier fails to obtain such Written Approval, or if the associated costs and expenses exceed the amount under the Written Approval then the Supplier shall be responsible for any such costs and expenses associated with such an engagement.
