Talent. Where you engage talent to feature in the Contract Materials, you acknowledge and agree you have obtained: (a) police checks from the talent and approvals to photograph children under the age of 18; and (b) irrevocable and unlimited releases from the talent, or in the case of children, from their legal guardians, in a form approved by us.
