Common use of Taking Delivery Clause in Contracts

Taking Delivery. 8.1 The Purchaser is obliged to cooperate in the delivery, as well as to take delivery of the Products at the delivery time indicated and/or confirmed by Novades. 8.2 In the event that the Purchaser fails to take delivery of the Products, Novades reserves the right to pass on any related costs (including the cost of storage and transport) to the Purchaser. 8.3 Delivery is deemed to have been refused if the ordered Products have been presented for delivery but were unable to be delivered. The day on which delivery is refused is deemed to be the day of delivery.
