Taking Delivery. Take delivery of the goods in accordance with A.4.
Taking Delivery. Individual equipment will be considered as fully deliver as soon as received by the tenant. The moment the equipment is installed the use and function will be taken in account.

Taking Delivery. 6.1 The customer may not refuse to take delivery on account of minor defects.
Taking Delivery. Deliver the goods into the custody of the carrier or Take delivery of the goods in accordance with A.4. another person (e.g. a freight forwarder) named by the buyer, or chosen by the seller in accordance with A.3.a), at the named place or point (e.g. transport terminal or other receiving point) on the date or within the period for delivery and in the manner agreed or customary at such point. If no specific point has been agreed, and if there are several points available, the seller may select the point at the place of delivery which best suits his purpose. Taking Delivery. 8.1 The Purchaser is obliged to cooperate in the delivery, as well as to take delivery of the Products at the delivery time indicated and/or confirmed by Novades. 8.2 In the event that the Purchaser fails to take delivery of the Products, Novades reserves the right to pass on any related costs (including the cost of storage and transport) to the Purchaser. 8.3 Delivery is deemed to have been refused if the ordered Products have been presented for delivery but were unable to be delivered. The day on which delivery is refused is deemed to be the day of delivery.
Taking Delivery. 7.1 The Buyer shall be entitled to refuse acceptance of delivery only if Goods are visibly and substantially defective, and the Buyer provides the Supplier specific written notice thereof within five (5) days of delivery of such Goods. 7.2 Upon taking delivery or receipt of shipping documents, the Buyer shall check Goods and shall notify the last carrier of: a) any damage caused to the Goods by transport or of b) objections regarding forwarding or transport of the Goods. The Buyer is obliged to send a copy of the notification to the Supplier.
Taking Delivery. Take delivery of the goods in accordance with A.4. If no specific point has been notified by the buyer under B7 within the named place of delivery, and if there are several points available, the seller may select the point that best suits its purpose. Unless the buyer notifies the seller otherwise, the seller may deliver the goods for carriage in such a manner as the quantity and/or nature of the goods may require.
Taking Delivery. The buyer must take delivery of the goods when they have been delivered in accordance with A4 and A7/B7.
