Xxxx and Termination This AGREEMENT is effective upon execution of the Implementation Letter by both parties to the covered clinical training experience(s) and will continue indefinitely or until terminated. AGREEMENT OF PARTIES The Seller and the Purchaser each agree to execute and deliver such instruments and take such actions as either of the others may, from time to time, reasonably request in order to effectuate the purpose and to carry out the terms of this Agreement and the Pooling and Servicing Agreement.
Contract Term and Termination 4.1. This Contract is concluded for 1 (one) year with the possibility of being automatically extended for new 1- year successive periods, under the same contractual conditions, unless any of the parties express their intention not to extend the Contract at least 30 days prior to its expiry.
Entry into force and termination 1. This Agreement and its amendments shall enter into force 60 days after the date the Parties exchange written notifications certifying that they have completed their respective legal requirements for its entry into force or after such other period as the Parties may agree in written notification.
