Common use of Tagging Clause in Contracts

Tagging. Each printer initially covered under the agreement may be tagged with an Authorized Dealer Service tag by an Authorized Dealer representative. The tag includes the serial # of the printer, the phone # for service and supplies and other relevant information. The tag should not be removed from the printer during the term of the agreement. Authorized Dealer may mail tags to the customer for placement on the printers for machine additions or remote locations during the term of the contract.
