Common use of Table of Fees Clause in Contracts

Table of Fees. The Council of Europe is currently implementing a project on fostering rapprochement through education for democracy and language learning. In that context, it is looking for up to 3 consultant(s) for the provision of consultancy services in the field of capacity building and training to be requested by the Council on an as needed basis, in compliance with the ordering procedure defined in the Framework Contract. The fees indicated below will be applicable throughout the duration of the Framework Contract. Deliverables / Services expected ▼ Unit fee ▼ Exclusion level ▼ Daily fee 100 Prices are indicated in Euros without VAT. For the VAT regime to be mentioned on the invoice, please refer to Article 4.2 of the Legal Conditions (See below). Tenders proposing a fee above the exclusion level will be entirely and automatically excluded from the tender procedure. Tenderers are invited to indicate their fee in the respective lines.
