Common use of Table of Fees Clause in Contracts

Table of Fees. You agree that we may deduct our Fees from the amounts we transfer but before those funds are credited to your Account. When you send or receive a payment, Fees apply depending on:  the type of transaction the payment relates to (whether a Commercial Transaction, Personal Transaction or otherwise); and  whether that payment is Cross Border or Domestic and/or which funding source is used fund the payment. Fees apply for other account activity or events as outlined in this Agreement. See the Glossary at A4 of this Schedule 1 for further reference. Quoted Fees are inclusive of all applicable taxes; however, other taxes or costs may exist that are not paid through PayPal or imposed by us. You are liable for telephone charges and any charges made by your internet service provider or similar or associated charges as a result of the use by you of the Services. We will provide you with the details of the amounts you receive and our charges either by e-mail or in your transaction history (which you can access by logging into your Account). Unless it is proven that we have made a mistake, all fees are payable by you without set off or other deductions. We may make a charge for any additional services we provide outside this Agreement. The Personal Transaction Fee will be shown at the time of payment.
