T ESTING a. Should an Employee who is selected to report for testing have a pre-arranged appointment where cost is incurred for a non-performance of the appointment, the Board agrees to accept responsibility for the incurred cost. b. A school vehicle may be provided for the Employee's use to report to and from the testing site. Should the Employee choose to operate his/her personal vehicle, he/she shall be reimbursed at the current IRS mileage rate equivalent. c. If an Employee is not available for performance of alcohol and controlled substances random selection, the Employee will be required to submit to test performance upon the day of return to work. This is to protect the randomness of the selection process and to protect the integrity of the testing procedure. d. The Employer recognizes that alcoholism and controlled substance addiction are illnesses, and shall be treated as such, pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. However, Employee alcohol and drug use, possession, or being under the influence during work time may result in discipline up to and including discharge.
T ESTING. OF MEMBRANE The following tests shall be carried out in approved Government laboratories or laboratories having NABL accreditation and necessary test reports shall be submitted to the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Engineer for the materials before incorporation in the work: (a) Thickness of membrane (b) Weight of membrane (c) Tensile strength (Longitudinal/Crosswise) (d) Tear Resistance (e) Softening point (f) Weight of Carrier (Polyester). Apart from the above tests, the Contractor shall also produce manufacturer’s test certificate/s. Test certificate/s shall be produced with every consignment of material brought at site by the Contractor.
T ESTING. One component of the training program is to evaluate student knowledge at various intervals. Written evaluations will be administered as a tool to measure the student’s knowledge. There are written quizzes, mid-terms and final exams administered during this course. A passing score of 70% is required for each written evaluation. P RACTICAL SKILL EVALUATIONS: All students will be given skills at various times throughout the program. Every student is expected to pass all skills. If a student fails a skill, the instructor may elect to provide remediation before another attempt for the candidate to successfully pass the required skill performance evaluation. This will be done at the instructor’s discretion.
