Common use of Systems Management Clause in Contracts

Systems Management. ISSC will: a) perform capacity planning, performance analysis and tuning for the (i) Machines and Systems Software in the Data Center and Data Network, and (ii) DSM Machines and DSM Systems Software in the DSM Environment; b) create and maintain an inventory and configuration diagram of the Data Network and DSM Network; c) implement controls to effectively manage the Data Center and Data Network environments, and the DSM Environment, including change and problem management systems according to the Procedures Manual; 8

Systems Management. As part of the Services, ISSC will: : a) perform capacity planning, performance analysis and tuning for the (i) Machines and Systems Software in the Data Center and Data Network, and (ii) DSM Machines and DSM Systems Software in the DSM Environment; Center; b) create implement controls, in accordance with Schedule L and maintain an inventory and configuration diagram of the Data Network and DSM Network; c) implement controls this Agreement, to effectively manage the Data Center and Data Network environments, and the DSM Environment, including change and problem management systems according to the Procedures Manual; c) provide back-up and restore capability for data and programs maintained in the Data Center; d) invoke the disaster recovery plan when appropriate; 8and e) provide for systems access security through the use of appropriate security products.
