Systems Development Projects Clause Samples

The 'Systems Development Projects' clause outlines the terms and conditions governing the planning, design, and implementation of technology or software systems for a client. It typically details the responsibilities of both parties, project milestones, deliverables, and acceptance criteria, ensuring that the development process is clearly structured and managed. By establishing these guidelines, the clause helps prevent misunderstandings, sets expectations, and provides a framework for resolving issues that may arise during the course of the project.
