SYSTEMS ANALYSIS AND DESIGN. Upon FNIS's request, and in exchange for consulting fees provided under Section 9.1.1, MGEN shall analyze and assess all aspects of any project contemplating the addition of a new System (a "New System"), the Enhancement to an existing System, or the creation or substantial Enhancement to an Internet Website, including, undertaking a feasibility study, proposing a general design, prototyping, creating an architectural design, establishing Specifications, and preparing a detailed statement of work (collectively, "Design").
