System Operating Instructions. The system operating instructions section of the Integrated Facility Operating Manual shall include detailed operating procedures for each system in the Facility. These operating instructions shall include as a minimum: (1) startup instructions for each system, (2) operating instructions for normal operation of each system, (3) instructions for system shutdowns, (4) list of all system safety functions.
