System Notification. The System will have the capability to e-mail a notification to the appropriate housing unit, as designated by CTDOC, of offender’s upcoming scheduled appearance and will have the capability to send a single notice regarding multiple offenders for a single housing unit for the timeframe designated by CTDOC.
System Notification. The System will have the capability to notify the housing unit of the offender’s upcoming medical appointment and generate a notification to movements and transfers to arrange for transportation. Notification to movements and transfers will occur any time an offender must leave the Facility.
System Notification. The System will have the capability to notify the appropriate housing unit of the offender’s court appearance and, based upon the location of the court appearance, send a notification to the appropriate designated CTDOC staff to obtain transportation.
