Common use of System Impacts Clause in Contracts

System Impacts. Throughout the term of this Agreement, the Hospital will promptly inform the LHIN of any matter that the Hospital becomes aware of that materially impacts or is likely to materially impact the health system, or could otherwise be reasonably expected to concern the LHIN.
