If you become aware of a material defect, malfunction or virus in your System or in our API, you must immediately notify us and, if applicable, the third party provider of such defect, malfunction or virus and cease all use of sour API (and, where relevant, such System) until you have received permission from us and/or such third party provider to resume use.
