System Defects Liability Period. The System Defects Liability Period shall cover a period of 36 (thirty-six) months. System Defects shall include, but are not limited to, design Defects, production method Defects, Defects in materials used, software Defects, Defects in general documentation (such as instructions of use, assembly instructions, or installation guides) caus ing constant or frequent Defects in a given item. The Supplier shall notify the Buyer if the Supplier becomes aware of any System Defect in similar items delivered by the Supplier to other customers. In the event of a System Defect, the Supplier shall replace or modify, free of charge, all the Delivery Items according to the Agreement in order to eliminate the cause of the (Sys- tem) Defect in question in all the Deliverables without deviating from the specifications.
System Defects Liability Period. The System Defects Liability Period shall cover a period of 24 (twenty four) months. System Defects shall include, but are not limited to: Design Defects, production method Defects, Defects in materials used, software Defects, Defects in general documentation (such as instructions of use, assembly instructions, or installation guides) causing co n- stant or frequent Defects in the Deliverables. The Supplier shall notify DALO if the Supplier becomes aware of any System Defect in similar items delivered by the Supplier to other customers. If a System Defect is remedied by redelivering / repairing the Deliverables or part of the Deliverables, the Supplier shall grant a new Defects Liability Period, cf. section 6.1.1 above, however no less than 12 (twelve) months.
