System Compliance. (a) Each System is and will continue to be owned, developed, constructed and maintained in compliance in all material respects with all applicable Laws, Permitted Liens and Necessary Approvals (including all Deferred Approvals). (b) Each System is and will continue to be owned, developed and maintained in compliance in all material respects with all of the Borrower’s Contractual Obligations (including the Project Documents and the Credit Protection Insurance Policy).
