The SYSTEM DOCUMENTS clause defines the rules and requirements regarding documents that pertain to the operation, maintenance, or understanding of a particular system covered by the agreement. Typically, this clause specifies what types of documents must be provided, such as user manuals, technical specifications, or maintenance guides, and may outline the format, timing, and method of delivery. System Documents. If requested by the Administrative Agent, the Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent copies of all FCC Licenses, PUC Authorizations, Network Agreements in existence as of the date of this Agreement.

Copies of the CATV Franchises (and resolutions relating thereto), Pole Agreements, Communications Licenses, real property leases, and Capital Leases in existence as of the date hereof and all required assignments thereof and consents to such assignments requested by the Administrative Agent or Lenders and not already delivered to the Administrative Agent.

You agree that when printed from electronic files or records established and maintained in the normal course of business without change, a document generated by the System shall be considered to be a "writing" or "in writing" and shall be deemed for all purposes to constitute an original. If introduced as evidence in any judicial, arbitration, mediation or administrative proceeding, such a printed document will be deemed (i) to be a business record for all evidentiary purposes, admissible to the same extent and under the same conditions as other business records originated and maintained in documentary form and (ii) to comply with the best evidence rule.
