Syndicated Debt Ratio. The Company shall not suffer or permit at any time the ratio of Syndicated Debt to Consolidated Pro forma EBITDA to exceed 5.25 to 1.00 on June 30, 2003 through and including August 15, 2003, based upon the most recently completed four fiscal quarters reflected in the financial statements most recently delivered pursuant to Section 6.4.
