SWPPP. The operators of non-exempt construction activities shall provide a copy of the construction activity SWPPP for review as part of the Town’s plan review and approval process. The TNCGP specifies what information is required to be included in the SWPPP. Changes to the SWPPP after plan review and approval shall be submitted to the Manager for approval. Operators of non-exempt construction activities involving the building of family residential units shall submit a copy of the SWPPP to the Public Works Department.
