SWPPP. CMR shall comply with the Judicial Council’s Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) and shall be the Judicial Council’s Qualified SWPPP Practitioner (“QSP”), at no additional cost to the Judicial Council. 3.20.1. CMR shall strictly follow the requirements to implement all the provisions of the SWPPP including, without limitation, preparation of monitoring and recording reports and providing those to the Judicial Council.
