SWPPP. Development and initial implementation of the Project’s Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan shall be by others. However, Subcontractor shall comply with all best management practices (BMPs) mandated by the SWPPP and shall restore any of the Plan’s measures disturbed or destroyed by Subcontractor at its sole expense.
