Switching System Hierarchy and Trunking Requirements. For purposes of routing Onvoy traffic to Frontier, the subtending arrangements between Frontier Tandems and Frontier End Offices shall be the same as the Tandem/End Office subtending arrangements Frontier maintains for the routing of its own or other carriers’ traffic (i.e., traffic will be routed to the appropriate Frontier Tandem subtended by the terminating End Office serving the Frontier Customer). For purposes of routing Frontier traffic to Onvoy, the subtending arrangements between Onvoy Tandems and Onvoy End Offices shall be the same as the Tandem/End Office subtending arrangements that Onvoy maintains for the routing of its own or other carriers’ traffic.
