Swing Line Credit. Subject to the terms of this Agreement (including the restrictions contained in this Article), the Swing Line Lender hereby agrees to make Accommodation available to the Borrower on a revolving basis prior to the Term Date and on a non-revolving basis thereafter, provided that the total Accommodation outstanding under the Swing Line Credit shall not at any time exceed $10,000,000.
