Disbursement of Swing Line Advances. Upon receiving any executed Request for Swing Line Advance from the Borrower and the satisfaction of the conditions set forth in Section 2.5(c) hereof, Swing Line Lender shall, at its option, make available to the Borrower the amount so requested in Dollars not later than 4:00 p.m. (Detroit time) on the date of such Advance, by credit to an account of the Borrower maintained with the Agent or to such other account or third party as the Borrower may reasonably direct in writing, subject to applicable law, provided such direction is timely given. Swing Line Lender shall promptly notify the Agent of any Swing Line Advance by telephone, telex or telecopier.
Disbursement of Swing Line Advances. Subject to submission of an executed Request for Swing Line Advance by Company without exceptions noted in the compliance certification therein and to the other terms and conditions hereof, Swing Line Bank shall make available to Company the amount so requested, in same day funds, not later than 4:00 p.m. (Detroit time) on the date of such Swing Line Advance by credit to an account of Company maintained with Swing Line Bank or to such other account or third party as Company may reasonably direct. Swing Line Bank shall promptly notify Agent of any Swing Line Advance by telephone, telex or telecopier.

Unless otherwise notified in writing by Agent promptly following each receipt of Request for Swing Line Advance hereunder, Swing Line Bank may assume that all conditions precedent to the disbursement of such requested Swing Line Advance have been satisfied, including without limitation that no Default or Event of Default has occurred and is continuing and that the entirety of the Swing Line Maximum Amount less any outstanding Swing Line Advances is available hereunder (provided that Agent shall have no responsibility whatsoever to Swing Line Bank or to any other Lender to give any notice hereunder, except as set forth in Section 12.12 of this Agreement), and subject to the proper submission of an executed Request for Swing Line Advance by Company or a Permitted Borrower without exceptions noted in the compliance certification therein and to the other terms and conditions hereof, Swing Line Bank shall make available to Company or the applicable Permitted Borrower the amount so requested, in like funds and currencies, not later than:
