Swimming. Swimming and water activities are permitted on certain Vessels and only during daylight hours when the Vessel is stationary and is at all times at the absolute discretion of the Master and/or Operator. Some Operators require a lifeguard present at an additional cost in order to ensure safety during the Charter. Any costs for a lifeguard for a Charter will be agreed between the Charterer and the CBAA Agent within the quotation.
