SUSPENSION OR ALTERATION. A. The OWNER may order the CONSULTANT in writing to suspend, delay, or interrupt performance of all or any part or the Work for a reasonable period of time as the OWNER may determine. The order shall contain the reason or reasons for issuance which may include, but shall not be limited to, the following: latent field conditions, substantial program revisions, acquisition of rights-of-way or real property, financial crisis, labor disputes, civil unrest, or Acts of God.
