Suspension of Work Due to Fortuitous Events. An employee who is requested by the Commission to work despite the suspension of work due to fortuitous events shall be paid an additional amount equivalent to the overtime pay from the time the government or any of its concerned government agencies or even the Commission itself declared the suspension of work.
