Common use of Suspension of Services Clause in Contracts

Suspension of Services. 12.1 Without prejudice to any other right that we may have to suspend and/or terminate the Services, we may suspend the Services (in whole or part) until further notice and without liability to you, with immediate effect in the following circumstances:
