Suspension of Purchase Obligation. Upon the occurrence of any Incipient Termination Event or Stop Event, notwithstanding any grace period or right to cure, the Purchaser may, without notice, immediately cease purchasing and Settling the purchase of Ownership Interests in Receivables and the Purchaser’s commitments hereunder to purchase or Settle the purchase of Ownership Interests in Receivables shall be suspended.
