Suspension of Noncompetition Periods. The noncompetition periods described in Section 7 of this Agreement shall be suspended while you engage in any activities in breach of this Agreement. In the event that a court grants injunctive relief to the Company for your failure to comply with Section 7, the noncompetition period shall begin again on the date such injunctive relief is granted.
