Non-Competition Period. The “non-competition periodshall begin on January 1, 2021 and shall end twelve (12) months after the Employee’s termination of employment; provided, however, that the “non-competition period” shall end on the date Employee’s employment ends in the event of Employee’s termination forgood reason” (as defined in paragraph 6(d)), or Employee’s termination without “cause” (as defined in paragraph 3(d)).

Non-Competition Period. The “Non-Competition Period” shall be the period of 18 months following the termination of my employment with the Corporation for any reason.
Non-Competition Period. The restrictions on Executive’s activities identified in Section 4.2 hereof will apply for twelve (12) months after the termination of Executive’s employment with the Company, regardless of reason for the termination of such employment.
